For individuals, 2020 brought about many changes; for businesses and organizations, 2020 saw innovative solutions to keep operations running in a safe environment.
This year we saw an increased awareness of racial injustice, which sparked protests and social movements around the world. We also witnessed technology being utilized as a tool for change by connecting people who wanted to effect positive change together with those who would be most affected by it.
